At Nguyen Coffee Supply, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our fresh-roasted beans and brew gear. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we are happy to resolve any issues with your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your item is eligible for return; while coffee is generally non-returnable, brewing equipment and apparel must be in original, unused condition.

  Contact Support

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a return authorization or replacement.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unused gear or apparel in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
